Doesn't work as advertised!

Despite the next to useless written instructions, I got the remote to program with the support of YouTube. Once programmed, the devicenonly works inside the garage, which, of course, is useless! I read other reviews, and Chamberlain responses said call customer support. I did, and they told me to call Stanley. I explained the issue with the Chamberlain remote, and they responded that they only troubleshoot their own devices. So beware in buying this if you don't have a Chamberlain system.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Chamberlain University Remote

Chamberlain Universal remote. Read the instructions thoroughly, it makes programming easier. Once you do the programming will be easy. If you have two remotes, you will likely have to reprogram the other one again. I have had the new one for a couple of months and am satisfied with it’s function.
