Perfect for camping!

Thick, strong and well stitched! Bought them to put on the bottom of our tent when camping. They were perfect! Made it much more comfortable to walk in socks, kneel down, and for the kids to play inside the tent as they really cushioned out small rocks and sticks under the tent floor. Washed them on a delicate, cold water cycle and air dried - held up great! I imagine they would work wonderful as actual moving blankets too.

Q: Are these blankets relatively soft to the touch? Or do they feel scratchy? (For things like mirrors, art, etc. where the texture may matter)

A: The moving blankets are soft to the touch They are designed to prevent stuff from getting scratched. Sharp corners benefits from being covered by cardboard or small fabric before being wrapped in moving blankets: you don’t want them to cut through your blanket! I separate tall glass vases in the back of my minivan with those blankets; I don’t have to keep each vase in it’s box, which saves me time. I also hang these blankets with clips on horizontal crossbars between light stands for sound dampness to reduce the echo of a room when recording audio. Overall pretty darn useful.
