Les chiffres sont dur a tourner et bloque parfois. J’en ai acheté 2 . Un a brisé ai j’ai du couper le cadenas sur le support a velo pour repartir avec mon velo. Et le deuxième bloque parfois et chiffre difficile a tourner. Donc résultat les 2 sont a la poubelle. Ça vaut la peine de payer un peu plus un cadenas.

Q: Hi, i bought that lock from a friend and she doesn't remember the code, how can i reset the lock to create a new code? Thanks

2 Answers

A: To reset the code, the lock must be open. At the dial end, the word "set" (and an arrow) should be stamped where the lock is inserted. That end can be turned clockwise about 1/4 turn. (Grip the very end past the dial, not the dial itself.) After turning, set a new 4-digit code. Turn the dial back (counterclockwise) to its original position. The new code is ready to use.
