Missing valve step cap.

I recently purchased a used trailer that did not have a spare -- the tire came mounted on a rim. I hope I never have to use it! The spare did not have a valve stem cap and I asked the store clerk about that and he said it was not included. I find this detail maddening since the name of the store is "Canadian TIRE." I had a spare valve stem cap at home and installed it. I would have rated this a 5 but for the valve stem cap issue.
