Loved this lamp when I saw it online, very deceiving though. This lamp although very cute, is very small. I did buy 2 of them for bedside tables for my spare room, just wish they had been larger .

ultimately I really like this lamp, but it needs to come with better instructions as to what light bulb to buy for it. sounds ridiculous, but I had to buy a bunch trying to find one that didn't stick up over the shade and look horrible. ultimately I had to turn the shade upside down to give it more height so you can't see the bulb sticking out because I just couldn't find a bulb short enough. so if I accidentally jostle the shade, it ends up crooked, and I have to fiddle around with it to get it back on straight.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can you access the lamp base to fill with beads or seashells?

  • A: Yes you definitely can. The bottom is open. It fits nicely on a teacup saucer or a large jar lid if you want a bottom on it.
