Beautiful collection but the cushions are not good

I bought this sectional two years ago. I love the design and the colour and the fact you can made as big as you want. The only problem is the cushions, the fabric is horrible, they get dirty very easy and they are not easy to clean. they move constantly, they don’t stay in place. The fabric is not water repellent all the inside inside get very wet, soggy it you let them outside in a rainy day. I had to buy a huge cover to keep them dry when I know is going to rain.

Nice looking, but don’t leave the cushions out.

We love this set. Don’t get me wrong, but they are not water resistant like the ad says. We’ve left these out with a little rain and they absorb the water - a lot. Then they need to be left out on a sunny day to dry up. So highly recommended not leaving the cushions out.

Very low to the ground

The set is very well made and a beautiful color. However it is very low to the ground and short. Once set up, it looked like a dog bed to me, and we ended up returning it.

Q: The cushions have stained after just a year. I’ve tried spot/ hand cleaning. Are they replaceable under the warranty?

A: I am sorry that this question was given to me... I don't know but both my wife and I are very head strong and would recommend contacting the manufacturer, AND/OR Canadian Tire and insist this is under performance and ask or suggest this might be a warrantee, although I have doubts that unclean is covered.. check with places that sell perchlorethelene. I have used this product purchased at a drug store. Perchlorethelene is dry cleaner solution and may help.

Q: We are looking for an adequate deck box to store the cushions. I've tried in store but haven't found a box that will fit the big cushions. We have 3 corner pieces + a middle section and an arm chair with all of the accompanying cushions.

A: This chair is a corner chair, it can be placed on either the right or left side of the sectional depending on the configuration the customer’s prefer, simply turn it and place it at either end to make it either a left or right armed chair. If they simply just want an armchair with two arms, the SKU # for that is 0881924.
