This Broan Glacier1 350CFM Under Cabinet Kitchen Exhaust Fan Range Hood is built to surpass industry standards with over 50 points of inspection, engineered as a reliable ventilation solution. The durable hood vent is up to 20% more effective at removing pollutants than the leading competitor with power ventilation at 350 Max Blower CFM to capture and remove smoke and odours from the kitchen. The Mantra range hood is also up to 44% quieter: 1.5 sones is equivalent to a refrigerator running, so it won't interfere with daily life. The EZ1 Install System allows for a quick and easy one-person installation, and the ENERGY STAR Certification is both code compliant and provides cost savings. The one-level LED lighting and two-speed hidden rocker controls make cooking a breeze.

Good looking fan. Can this be installed ductless? Currently have an old Broan Charcoal filter fan with no ducts. Looking to do a straight replacement.
