Good but vuld use some improvements.

Works well but is quite noisy. Level one is quite hard for beginners. Otherwise seems like a good machine. Only had it 2 weeks and used it every 2nd day.

Solid workout machine

Pretty good exercise machine for the price. Relatively simple assembly, although it is heavy so maybe not the easiest for just one person. Build quality seems solid after a month of usage, some squeaks but thats to be expected. Best thing about it is how good the workout is, I find it difficult to take it higher than a 5 out of 8 for an extended workout. It's a fast calorie burner and gets your heart pumping. Only reason it's not a 5 out if 5 is it has a really short power cable and isn't particularly feature-rich on the tech side. But those are minor grievances to me.

Lots of fun! This machine kicks my butt on a daily basis. I own a treadmill, exercise bike and rowing machine and this one is my favourite by far 😊

I love it!

Easy to use. The workout is quick. It's more intense than a regular elliptical because of the steps and feels good to get my heart rate up so quickly.
Although it took some time, the set up was easy with the steep by step instructions. Everything was clearly labeled.

Q: I would like to put the machine in my basement, but the ceiling is lower than the rest of the house... around 6 feet 8 inches. Is that enough space when standing on the machine ? Thank you!

A: I bought this product few months ago. I don't think that it would work for you in the ceiling. On the machine, we are at least 1 foot higher than on the floor.

Q: does bowflex m3 come in one box or two. i want to pick up curbside. i am only one person. i have a camry seats fold down. if it is 2 separate boxes, i can lift each one and make them fit. if it is only one large box i probably can not buy it. thanks
