Can not exchange items give CT's policy.

Purchase wrong item & item could not be used again. CTs policy is to exchange wuth same item which is not what i need. I could only exchange for same value & pick another item.

You have to make sure you keep the stapler completely level when using it or the staples go in kind of wonky. otherwise it did the job (re-upholstered my dining room chairs) quickly and easily.

Q: Looks great at first glance, but where can i get 5/8 inch brads to go with it? On bostich website it says 5/8 inch 18 guage brads are discontinued. Is Cnd Tire selling this product just because it got its hands on some cheap?

A: Canadian Tire has 5/8" brads available in the Arrow brand. The SKU is 057-7999.

Q: Does this work on MDF? Any limitation on MDF thickness?

A: It is not so much the thickness but the density of MDF that the end-user will run into an issue with. MDF is too dense of a material for the tool, I’d suggest using a pneumatic or 20V tool when handling such material.

Q: Do you think this would be ok for using Brad nails to staple a pine frame to 1/4” MDF?

A: to start I am not a fan of the product, a Stanley is a far better product. If you own the Bostich, it will do the job for you but you will need to use glue on the contact surfaces. MDF will not hold brads or staples well on their own but the glue will help support your project Hope this helps
