Thank you for providing us your feedback. Improper tension or too fast a feedrate will cause scroll saw blades to break.Check for tension (too loose or too tight) instructions of your saw. Be sure to keep your feedrate slow and gentle forward pressure letting the scroll saw do the work. If you see the blade bowing, ease up a little and allow the saw to cut.
