Humidifier died after one winter

Replaced the filter and now humidifier doesn’t work. Fan works but apparently pump quit. Used for one winter. Do not buy this humidifier.

Humidifier Not Working

Haven't been able to get the machine to work. Water does not wet the wick and therefore the humidifier does not work.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your humidifier isn't working as expected. It may help to clean the water pump, as buildup can prevent it from pulling in water to wet the wick. To clean it, fill the tank with a mix of 3 tablespoons of citric acid and 2 quarts of water. Submerge the pump, let it soak for 30 minutes, then rinse both the pump and tank thoroughly. We've reached out directly to help troubleshoot further and get things working properly.
