Filled all the little holes in my balcony

I've used this Black Knight Roof repair product several times over the past few years. I had a small leak on my balcony which is lined with bitumen based roofing rolls. Applied this each year and haven't had any issues since.

this product was easy to use and seem to go on even and cover well. Worked well to seal the roof for the short term till roof could be replaced.

Works as expected.

Installed my roof this summer. Used 100 bundles of shingles. As a sealer it works great no leaks so far. Also noticed it stays flexible when dry which is important for sealing out water. Primarily used it on the flashing and the vents.
