First time paint8ng, nice and thick, looks good. Dries nice even if you put thick layer, I did 2 levels the same day, used 4,5 pails, all same color, no visible strips on the driweway. Happy with the product.

Good product to DIY your driveway

This bucket is just short of completing a 2 car driveway. If it was 20L it would be perfect. Just did 2 driveways and each one needed a about 19 to 20 liters. Once you purchase two buckets, you might as well get the guys that walk around every summer to do it for you for $20 more. Cure time is more than 48 hours unless you are in the dead of summer.
I prefer this matte finish. It doesn't show streaks.

Q: I have a quarter can of Black Knight - Airport-Guide Driveway Sealer left over from sealing my driveway (I used 1 3/4 containers). How long is the "shelf life" or where can I recycle the remainder in Cranbrook?

A: I have stored leftover of sealer until next summer in heated area. Before using turn bucket upside down so product self mixes. I did this every 2nd month. Alternatively take to your local Waste site.

A: Instructions are on the bucket but you need to stay off it until it thoroughly dries which can vary depending on the weather, I let mine dry for 48 hours to be safe.

Q: how important is it to fill in the cracks on the driveway my driveway has cracks, the color is still that of black. i live in saskatoon sask, so we do get some nasty cold weather, my driveway does seem seem to be uneven and thus cracks to happen.

A: The video on the product page shows how to seal crack, you did not say the width or depth of the cracks so you will need to read the label on the crack filler. I bought some just to make a seal between the foundation and drive, new driveway no cracks.

Q: I bought and rolled airport grade last summer it looked great I noticed this spring a few patches had come off thought I would touch up once the season warms up. Today I used the blower to clean off Well it cleared off the aorport grade. Any warrenty.?

A: I used it on my asphalt driveway and some concrete. It stuck well to the asphalt but not so good on the concrete. You should read the warranty on the container or go online. Good luck. T

A: Depends on how you "get rid of the weeds" you will need to kill the roots or they will grow back.

Q: What do you do if there is contact with water before properly drying? I applied the sealer when there was no chance of rain for days. Within 24 hours, someone watered the flowerbed and the water ran across the driveway. Now I have a ghost river running across the new sealer. Live with it or re-coat?

A: I had the same thing as it started raining lightly. Are you asking someone else to determine if you want to live with the cometic streaking or if it is necessary or beneficial to recoat. I have found that dirt, etc is very visible and therefore would not bother recoating unless I had some left over and or it appears that the protection was affected.
