BISSELL® CrossWave® OmniForce™ Edge Cordless Wet/Dry Vacuum & Floor Washer

I started with the original Crosswave in 2017, which I loved so much, but this new, improved version blows the old one out of the water! It's like they took the old one and fixed all the little nit picky complaints I had about it - the gap, the awkward and messy cleaning tray among other things, and made it absolutely perfect. The cleaning power is amazing and I LOVE not having the gap by the baseboards and edges! I have a Husky and she sheds her body weight in hair, but this is no problem for the Crosswave! It finds hair that I didn't even notice before. Taking apart the innards to clean is also improved - the pieces just go back together more smoothly than the old one. The automatic cleaning cycle is amazing - just pour the fresh start solution in the tray and push the button! I was initially disappointed with the battery life, but then I realized that I had it on high-power mode for almost 40 minutes straight before it died, and that didn't seem too unreasonable to me. I have yet to use the battery to completion in the mid-power mode (which cleans just fine!); I take that as a good sign that the battery life is as advertised. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about this product. Cleaning is fun again! :)

Do not waste your money on this machine. I used it less than 6 times over two years. The warranty was up and all of a sudden it just wouldn’t charge. I called Bissell and they offered no service. I called the second time for them to give me different repair companies that could fix it. I called both of the numbers they gave me and both of them said it’s a terrible machine and they can’t fix it. I spent $500 plus on a machine that stops working after using it a few times and offer a normal repair service or suggest any place that can actually repair it. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. It’s too bad because when it worked, it cleaned very well even though the charge didn’t even last for an entire floor of about 800 ft.².
