While it could be something simple like a full dirty water tank, a clogged filter, or a brush roll issue. 11 months agoA: Hi Michelle. The CrossWave HydroSteam isn't intended to be used as a dry vacuum, but you could check out the CrossWave OmniForce.

Q: What is the difference of this model#3515D and the 3515B on the Bissell website. This model cannot be found searching Bissell.com for parts&supplies. Do the brush rolls on the Bissell website fit this machine?
