2 years agoA: no drying function, but very little water gets released so it dries very fast. It can be used as a vacuum only, there's a button for wet cleaning, separately

Q: Hi, can I use this to clean engineered hardwood floors after renovations. We just went through renovations and there is a lot of dust and debris on our floor. I don’t know what to use to clean and I am freaking out. Please help!
2 years agoA: We have 1 1/2” x 3/4” solid oak hardwood (finished on site) on the main floor and prefinished 2 1/4” x 3/4” solid oak on our top floor. We have been using the Crosswave with the all purpose cleaner on both surfaces and it has been working well without any issues.

Q: Is this the same as the other crosswave on the site? One says "wet dry" the other says " deep clean." But deep clean is online exclusive that you can't order.
8 years agoA: Yes, the two machines are the same. The only difference is the 1785D has an extra rug brush included.

a year agoA: The brush does come out but just to dry it so that it does not become mouldy! You can try to vacuum without the brush in but it doesn't do a good job without the brush in.

3 years agoA: You can use it on all types of floors as far as I know. Just be sure to clean it out after each use or you'll get muddy water on your floors.
