I got this vacuum for one month and works great! Suction power is great particularly in hardwood floors and short carpets. I would love to have the possibility to buy the rolling head but they don't sell it alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased this because I have a multi pet household. the fur tends to accumulate on the floor and I needed something to pick up the excess. I use this in conjunction with my new Bissell Crosswave. It's kind of hard to clean but I'm older and don't have the strength I used to. Overall it's a good product at a good price point for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very difficult to take apart to empty and clean. Floor attachment does not come off without pliers. Had the smaller Zing for years. This was a replacement. I have to use my old floor attachment without wheels and brush , it's old, been used for years but better then the one that came with machine which as stated above does not remove without pliers and cumbersome to use. I love the Bissell products. I have the rug/floor shampooer, an upright and two other older uprights. Very disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It sounds like something is wrong, Elizabeth. The foot should detach from the extension wand by grasping each piece and pulling apart. Please call us at 1-800-237-7691 so we can help with your vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it a few times/ great thing is it has great suction. Also no bags- and being able to see what you vacuum up is a good thing. Not so great things are attachments are cheap . Hard to store - it's round and takes up a lot more space than a square canister .

Q: How is this on pet hair? I have 2 cats and I would like something that will get cat hair off of my couch. It doesn't have to do a perfect job of it, but if it at least gets most of the cat hair out that is good.

A: It absolutely will get your cat hair off your couch. I also have a cat and this vacuum does an amazing job. The suction power this machine has is beyond any other vacuum I've owned in the past. My only other comment is the cat hairs are hard to remove from the canister after you're done cleaning. You have to play with it a bit, but at least you'll have a clean couch. Hope this was helpful.

A: comes with 3 attachments that clip right onto the wand,and 2 filters that one is sponge you can take out wash ,dry, an put back in when you empty the canister

Q: will this work well on a deep pile carpet. belt driven cleaning heads burn out the belts on current vac. very deep pile carpet.

A: The Dyson does not use a motor or belt to turn the head. It use suction vacuum to turn the brush. With this vacuum, you will never worry about burn out motor belt.

Q: I am wondering is this vac has brushroll? Since I have very long hair and I afraid my hair will tangle with the brush.

A: This vac does not have a brushroll per se. I am thinking in terms of a power bar. You can use it with just a flat head for carpets or on bare floors you can press a button and a very very small brush comes down probably not more than 1/2 long that helps with the sweeping up of the dirt. I doubt very much it will tangle with your hair as I have several long haired cats and it is fine picking up their stuff.

A: it did not seam to scratch my floor. You can also push a button and it lift the head off the floor a little bit more.

Q: Where can we purchase replacement filters? I cannot find replacement filters for it either on the CT website or the Bissell website. This looks like designed obsolescence to me. I do not want to purchase a product that parts cannot be found for.
