A: I returned to Canadian Tire today and purchased the C1T4 BestAir Humidifier Water Treatment. This is the one you add 10ml for every 4 litres of water.

Q: Does this work better than using vinegar to clean and descale? And can it be used on a warm mist humidifier?

A: The BestAir Humidifier Cleaner & Descaler does work well with very little effort. I have not tried using vinegar to clean and descale. This BestAir product can be used on "Manually Filled Evaporative and Ultrasonic Humidifiers and Vaporizers.
