A VERY GOOD PRICE FOR THE QUALITY, BUT BE AWARE

Since I was told that for my project I have to use a "time machine" in order to replace with something at the same quality (really much better than this one!- no offense! ), I decided to go with this ATRON SOCKET LA1111.
To be very clear, the Service provided by the Customer Service representative was fantastic- Canadian Tire has a sublime system to locate the small items in the shelve using blinking - if you know the item nr for which you are looking for- and I was super pleased with what that young gentlemen from the electrical area idle 34 assisted me;
The negative comments are related to this socket are:
1. The socket is coming without any INSTALLATION SUGGESTIONS.
2. The socket is coming with no hardware that may assist to install it
3. Working with them is difficult if the fixtures are on the ceiling
4. In My Opinion, (IMO), these sockets are very flimsy and if you are replacing one which was originally fixed on the lighting fixture using a screw and a washer, say goodbye to that: it cannot be applicable to this socket. A very special hole shall be cut in the metal in order to use a snap-in relatively reliable mounting.
5. IMO these sockets cannot be used for long tubes, and honestly it is not specified on the cardboard box; for sure these sockets are NOT WORKING SAFELY for 48 inches tubes T8.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Could these be installed for fluorescent under cabinet lighting in a kitchen (behind a short valance)? I have 9 feet in length, under kitchen cabinets. I need 4 holders for two 4 foot single fluorescent tubes. Can wiring from one light connect to another? Can these be used for under kitchen cabinet lighting?
