Q: The main photo in this ad shows vents at the back of the neck, but subsequent photos clearly don't show vents. How do I know if there are vents at the back of the neck - I clearly can't trust the advertisement photos.

A: If you look at the pictures again, the air is blowing up towards the face and draws air in from near the neck on the underside. One could turn the fan the other way if you really wanted air blowing on your neck, just not sure how well it would work. There are not many other products out there due to the difficulty of actually being able to create a unit that does actually blow cold air, not circulate “cool air”. It’s buyer beware but worth a try, worst case scenario you can return them.
