Don’t waste your money….this is terrible

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I purchased one of these last year for my 6.5 foot tree but one of the legs warped almost immediately. I should have returned it but there were limited options for artificial tree stands and I couldn’t return it after using it for Christmas. I needed to find a new stand it this year and couldn’t find any, so I bought it again, thinking that I might have gotten a dud last year. This one worse! The part where the tree goes into cracked and split in half as the tree stem settled into the base. Do not waste your money!

this stand does not fit a 2cm diameter pole as indicated. it's a flimsy 3D printed poor material stand and my 2cm pole was sitting in the base as loose as a hot dog in a hallway. returned it. why don't we sell some high quality metal ones with 3 screws anymore? shame.

Q: I have a christmas tree with this base/stand, but the leg broke. Am I able to buy this stand for it and just replace it? I bought this Christmas tree last year and the model # is 151-1103-0, Lighted Nordic Fir Tree.

A: The tree stand you are looking at (051-1113) will fit the tree pole.

Q: I know the feature sz that it'll hold from 2 to 3 cm but do you think the screws can tighten enough for a 1 1/2 cm pole

A: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will fit 1.5cm diameter. It is likely that it would fit, however without seeing it the vendor cannot guarantee to the customer.

Q: How do you remove the center piece once it is in the base? Put together the stand the plastic long center piece that the tree goes into seems to be stuck in the base how do I remove this?

A: The middle piece should just slide in and out of the “feet” pieces. If it is stuck I would recommend to try some kind of lubricant or return it under warranty for an exchange.
