Good shed if we would have had wright sheets

Two roof sheets had wrong numbers had to come up with a different plan to make it work not a good packing job

Poor Design

I squared the base and still had problems with the roof lining up onto the beam properly even with magnets in the corners. The numbers were faded on some panels. The directions are pretty short on direction, but the design is not great. I would prefer to return the item, but that iI will not be buying an structural items from Canadian Tire again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Unreasonable replacement part pricing

Extremely disappointed with Arrow customer service. I purchased an Arrow deck box and misplaced the bag of screws, washers and hinge pieces. I reached out willing to pay a fair price for replacements. I was quoted $165 + border fees + tax for a small bag of hardware—over half the cost of the entire unit. After pushing back, Arrow offered only 30% off, leaving the cost still well over $100. Despite clarifying I was willing to pay, they misrepresented my request as wanting the parts free and told me to try a hardware store. I take responsibility for misplacing the parts, but Arrow's handling shows a lack of fairness and customer care. Instead of supporting their product, they set an inflated price that left me frustrated. Buyers beware.
No, I do not recommend this product.

At least it was on sale.

Overall decent quality. But several holes did not line up and we had to drill our own. Two of the roof panels were incorrect and we had to cover extra holes with metal tape, and again drill our own holes. Took longer than the estimated eight to ten hours to assemble.

It is critical to ensure that the floor frame parts are squared AND level, or the holes will not line up properly as is depicted in the manual. If this is not the case, it will throw off the rest of the assembly, and the holes will not line up. Please note, once the shed is properly assembled and anchored, our customers find their storage sheds to be very sturdy and last 15 plus years. If you are building a solid wooden or concrete platform, that can be used as a floor on its own. If installing your shed on level ground, we do offer a Floor Frame Kit that will provide support for a plywood floor. Thus, purchasing a floor-Kit separately is also an option. Q: What is the gauge of the metal frame?

A: I don’t know the exact gage but it’s very low! If winter is hard and there is a lot of snow where you live, you have to make the frame stronger in four corners and top with Wood 2x4 or something else. That’s what we have done and we are happy with ouf purchase.
