Poor Quality - Cheap Components

Installed product and: 1. The braided hot water hose kinked while attaching it to the hot/cold water valve. The end was not fully engaged when the hose folded. 2. The drain lift knob does not remain on shaft. The set screw advances and should be adequate to lock onto the valve shaft, but it does not. It continually fell off. Eventually, I used super glue to get it to stay in place and activate the drain. I love the simple clean design of this unit, but the component material/build quality is terrible. I would avoid this item at all costs. I will avoid this brand going forward.

Cheaply made - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

1. While tightening water connections to the combination fitting the braided hot water hose creased like a cheap suit while the end was not completely tight yet and the hose was compromised by a tight space. 2. The lever to activate the drain could not be tightened onto the stem. When observed separately, the set screw advanced and seemed to be appropriate, but when placed on the valve stem it would never tighten. I'm not sure if this is indicative of a cheap set screw or valve stem, but either way, it is a sign of a cheaply made product. Used super glue in order to be able to open/close drain. I avoided American Standard 30+ years ago after they started to very badly cheapen their products with inferior Chinese labor and material. Evidently, they continue.

Clean Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has a clean and modern design. While it can be a bit of a pain to wipe around the base of each handle and faucet base as opposed to having a plate on it, it is easy to clean. I have not had any issues with having it over 6 months

Looks Great, Works Great, Simple Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a bathroom faucet, this is the trifecta. If you like the modern look, then you can't go wrong here. From mounting the valves and the faucet to connecting the (supplied) lines, this took me (maybe) 10 minutes. What I like best, however, is the feel when you use it. The valves feel like turning a high-quality rheostat. It just feels quality.

Love the way you use the drain mechanism. It is a little high but I’ve taught my husband to keep his hands closer to the drain so it doesn’t splash so much. Love it
