Questions
Q: Installed this, but the the sink leaks at the bottom around the black rubber gasket. The hole in bottom of sink where rubber gasket connects has chips and ridges in it. Should it be a smooth surface? Is this a defect that is causing the leak?
8 months agoA: I purchased the same model and the bottom of it was not smooth either but I was able to get it to seal. I had to tighten on the drain kit more than I normally would but it did seal in the end.
