sorry but this humidifier doesn't even humidify my 400 sq ft space, I bought it because it is suppose to do up to 2600 sq ft or was that just a marketing ploy

Really bad design. The float rod does not stay in place. The hole and tab on the rod is useless. The rod easily slips out of place when refilling or replacing the fan top, then fan will not turn on because the rod is out of place.

Q: How can I get a manual? The QR code brings nothing up and when I pull the model up on your website and click on manual I get a 404 error. Is it normal for the fan to go on and off? It went nonstop for a week but today it stops and then goes back on later

A: Please go to aircare.com and pull it the humidifier model #, it will allow you to download the manual there. I believe the QR code is taking you to an old website that is no longer being used. I apologize for this inconvenience.

A: The flashing "20" is letting you know the humidity level is below 20%. If your wicks are not completely saturated all the way to the top, you will need to change them.

Q: Does CF mean I need to change the filter? I can’t find the PDF manual anywhere.

A: The "CF" is a reminder to check the filter. If the filter is still absorbing the water all the way to the top, it is still good. You can unplug your unit for a few seconds and then plug it back in, and it will reset the "CF" light.
