App useless filter unavailable

Smart Filter works great but you cannot find it anywhere even your app cannot find my filter anywhere. I've spent an hour on line multple times searching everywhere. Had 2 when I first got the App and they are no longer available

Does not work

Have used these filters before but now one filter will not pair. The other filter in the house is paired. Will probably change back to cheaper manual filters since this one does not work.

Bluetooth often drops connectivity to my ipad

I am an early adopter of smart filter technology but this product Bluetooth is inconsistent and drops connectivety for weeks. Good concept buy poor implementation. Thread network connectivity would solve this connection issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given several filters by 3M in exchange for this review. I had trouble pairing my original filter, so I called 3M, which led to receiving a new filter. The pairing is fairly easy, but the app instructions don't tell you that in order to get the best results & for your filter to update, you need to keep the app open, the Bluetooth of your phone on, and your location on the highest setting. Ive had my filter for 3 months and when I got the message that my filter was at 0% I changed my filter, although the filter was NOT dirty at all. So I think there's a lot of potential, and it does remind you to change your filter, I'm not sure it's worth the extra cost.

Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently installed this smart air filter in my condo and downloaded the app. It's nice to be able to see how dirty the sensor shows the filter really is rather than me guessing. The app is easy to use.
