First one handle broke off on the spinning reel. But no issues with the exchange

Big 13 fishing fan but this combo isnt great. Rod is ok, eyelets were a little misaligned. The reel is terrible, has lots of play so not great for hook-setting. So the reel went in a box and I'm using the rod for my jaw jacker
