I was looking at basic options like this as I didn't want to spend a heap on something that may not have worked. This was an affordable solution. Basically i'm using disposable P pads on top of a crate tray and then the grass on that as I found the tray in this kit to be small. Our rescue pup is 12 weeks and not at all toilet trained but in 2 days she has taken to these like a duck to water! I didn't want the larger size of other brands as I wasn't too sure how heavy it would get filled with P and lifting/washing etc, surprisingly, with these sizes... not heavy at all and easy to manage. Drainage is excellent IMO and doesn't drip w33 when you lift it up. Depending on the angle of p00p I can either put p00p straight into a bag with no p00p residue. I've washed this with the ez product and hot water and it washes up and doesn't stink. I have two of these that I use, so while they are both adjacent each other, when needing to, I wash one, let it dry then use that and then repeat with the other one and when both are clean I use both along side each other.
Note - CT - how can you leave a review with p00p if you can't use the word p00p because of your filter!

Size is not accurate

So I bought these for a different use than intended. I’m turning my daughter’s closet into a fairy garden and was going to use this on the floor. The dimensions say 16x24 but these replacement pads are actually 14 3/4 x 22 1/4. So a bit disappointing to find out that they won’t fully cover as thought. The dimensions listed must be when installed in the tray so if you’re doing anything but intended use this might be helpful to know when planning your project.

Perfect for my small dog in our cold winter months. He thinks this is real grass so there’s never a problem with thinking he’s allowed to pee anywhere else except for grass
