line tangled in package

I bought this to put on a short rod for kids (10 and up) to use...the line was actually tangled under the spool in the package. I could not have untangled the line without taking it completely apart so I returned it for another one. The replacement was fine and has worked well so far. Frustrating - the kids had to share for a weekend. At least Canadian Tire exchanged it without any hassle. Hoping the new reel works great.
