Nice kit handy for my sons Scouts. Problem like others the clips on the case were broken upon opening it. Didn’t buy it for the case got it for the gear. Nothing an elastic band wouldn’t fix. Got it on sale so not heartbroken

The flashlight takes a single AA battery, is bright and can adjust between spotlight and floodlight. The knife blade is about 3.5 inches and locks securely with no noticeable wiggle. it's not marked with type of steel but is sharp out of the box. Paracord bracelet includes a whistle, button compass (mine has air bubble but matches north with other compass I have) and a flint and striker. The carabiner and flint with striker are self explanatory. I'll have to try the pocket saw at some point. The credit card survival tool is interesting I guess. And finally the tactical pen includes a window breaker(not tested). overall looks better than I expected and other than the case the components are of metal construction.
