Love this Lawnmower!

Bought this to replace my Husquavarna that crapped out after 3 years. I love this mower. It cuts evenly. I have an uneven lawn that is very thick in places and I don’t have to go over it twice like I did with my previous mower. It is getting more fuel efficient with every cut. Highly recommend.

No support from Yardworks or Briggs&Stratton

I bought this last year. It worked fine. I used it maybe 7 times in the season. I put it away for the winter.
It is not working now. I tried to diagnose the problem. I called Yardworks and was asked to contact Briggs and Stratton because they blamed it on the engine. I tried calling Briggs and Stratton but their state-of-the-art automated customer support doesn't work. So I got absolutely no customer support from either Yardworks or Briggs & Stratton.
No, I do not recommend this product.

CAUTION!!!

CTC is censoring and making it as hard as possible to leave an accurate review. HOWEVER, repair costs after only 4 years are now close to exceeding the purchase price of this "merchandise". Product is like a disposable razor, throw it out after some use. CTC support is limited to the chuckles I can hear from head office.
Replaced coil after 2 years, now self propel is done, plus recoil. Only suggested help was a phone number to buy parts, (good luck with that).
Repeat, less than 4 years.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Runs like a dream. The large wheels help it run smoothly across the random divots in my lawn. I like the easy height adjust with the one lever vs every wheel individually on other mowers.

Q: Does this lawn mower require Oil and gasoline. Your video shows the person pouring the oil but some reviews mention gasoline. So if the lawn requires maintenance, it could be sparks or blade replacement?

A: I guess the question is is a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke which keeps oil separate from gasoline. Not a fan of 2 strokes.

Q: Just purchased the lawnmower and found out that it has already oil in the engine. looks like the color is ok. Is this normal? Can I use the lawnmower?

A: Yes. Mine came with oil as well. As long as there's nothing in the gas tank, the mower is fine. Good mower, very happy with it. One thing I'd change, you may need to overlap the cut rows more than usual, in my experience

Q: I'm trying to decide between purchasing the Yardworks 163cc 3-in-1 Push Lawn Mower or the 150cc version. Is there any difference other than the cc's? Does 13cc make a difference? What should I consider when picking one model over the other?

A: Bigger capacity engine means more power and will make a difference when cutting through thick or wet grass.
