I have multiple Worx tools 20v I've been calling, emailing and chatting for over 3 weeks to get a person to talk to about buying another tool. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK OR ANSWER THE PHONE EMAIL OR CHAT!!!

Q: Is the carrying case for this tool available for purchase separately? I purchased the bare tool thinking it was only missing the battery and charger, and didn't realize that it also didn't include worx carrying bag.
