After Trying Many Vacs, This one is the best!

Worx has always been good to me. I like all their products. I frequently need a small vacuum and I’ve tried so many from the Dustbuster to a high end and expensive Fanttik Slim V8 which is very nice but this design is better in so many ways. Being able to quick swap a battery out is awesome vs you’re SOL until it recharges. I like the shop vac style the most with the flexible hose that easily gets into drawers, around books and items, all car stuff and it is strong. I keep using the lower suction power forgetting to press it twice for strong and the lower one does the job. Getting this led me to wanting more Worx stuff like the mini leaf blower. Their cardboard cutter is an awesome machine too! - Oete

Seems to be a very well built unit. Compact with all essential cleaning tools contained within the unit. Has great suction and is great at cleaning up small messes around the camper or house.

A: Looked online no one has them except in Australia . Would cost as much as new vacuum .

Q: Is there EVER plans to sell a hose extension for this cube unit? The hose is laughably too short and always pulls the unit over on it's side. I hate using this thing primarily due to the short hose!

Q: The manual says the filters can be rinsed in clean water and air dried, which is great. What's not great is I cannot for the life of me separate the HEPA filter from the Net Cylinder Filter, as instructed. Is there some trick to this? It will not budge!

A: I had the same problem. The response from Customer Care is incomplete. You can in fact separate the mesh and the HEPA filter but my husband struggled with it and finally got it apart. I think he used the ridge on the top of the HEPA filter to hold and twist. A lot more dirt came out when the mesh and filter were separated so I'd recommend giving it another try.

Q: I love this cube vac. But now, the 3 ft flexible suction hose is breaking apart at each fold where it attaches to the cube vac and the vacuum suction has become very weak😟. Is there a way to replace the suction hose? Thanks

Q: When I push on the RELEASE Button, the bottom does not open. What should I do? I have only used this for around 5-6 times for about 10 minutes each time. I always emptied it each time before, but now it will not EMPTY OUT!!!
