Suction is weak as I still had to pick leaves up from around the bushes in the garden before sucking them up. The whole point of this purchase was to avoid the bending and picking up leaves. And, after 2 hours of use in the lawn and in the gardens, the unit just stopped working after sucking up a piece of mulch (which it had been doing for the previous 2 hours with no problems). Returned to Canadian tire. Will try a different brand next year

Dazed and Confused

- Order online and
-Picked it up on Wednesday
- Opened it in Saturday afternoon, started to clean up my lawn.
- Shutdown after an hour!
Totally get the 3 year warranty but honestly, after only an HOUR! Probably defective but couldn't imagine it to happen that soon. I had to come back to return the item. It want worth opening a claim and then waiting for the diagnostics. I need to clear my leaves like now.

Q: Is it able to vacuum up pine needles?

A: Hello Tyson, Thank you for your question. The unit can mulch up pine needles, but the tool is designed for mulching leaves and very small debris. We do not recommend the WG518 for use with acorns, gumballs, or pine cones as these objects can become projectiles and may cause injury or damage. We recommend blowing the leaves into a pile and then set the WG518 to vacuum mode to avoid these objects. Thank you for choosing WORX.
