Q: I’d there a replacement spool for what 186
3 years agoA: I bought the replacement line at Lowe’s and asked the tool manager to show me how to wind it correctly because it doesn’t advance the line when bumped. I used it again after he replaced the line. It still does not advance when bumped. Why aren’t there any instructions on this in the information packet sent with the tool?

4 years agoA: This is the typical Worx response to accessories that are vital to their products. We don't have it, try later or go to your local hardware store. A spare roll of string in an expensive tool would seem practical

Q: I am on my 3rd trimmer in3 months the firrst 2 trimmers worx 183 model powershare model has the same issues the motor cuts on and off while using. ihad 2 use the warranty 2 get a replacement , can you tell me if these trimmers have a brushed motor?

4 years agoA: Hi OldSchool26, 374-4418 is the Tool Only version, which means the battery and charger are not included. This is for customers that are already within the WORX Battery Platform (i.e. lawnmower, drill, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, etc) and are looking to purchase another tool without spending the money for yet another battery and charger. If you would like to purchase the model that comes with the batteries and charger, it is model number WG186. Anonymous4 years agoA: Good Afternoon, the WA0014 spools will only fit grass trimmers WG168, WG184, WG190, and WG191. The dual feed spool is for our corded electric trimmers only. All other trimmers will use the WA0010 Spools for Life.
