Q: Even though this charger does not state specifically that it will charge the 5Ah Power Share Pro battery, #WA3571, it is still a 20v battery, so will this charger work with those batteries? Thank you.

A: I have this charger and the 5Ah battery. The charger charges the battery just fine, just allow an appropriately longer amount of time for the charge process to complete.

Q: With the dual charger charging both batteries when done will it hurt the batteries if still in charger.

A: The product manual states "LEAVING THE BATTERY PACK IN THE CHARGER If a fully charged battery pack is left in the charger, the light will remain green. The battery pack will remain charging with a maintenance trickle current."

A: Yes, when the light is flashing that means it is charging. When it becomes solid green, they are fully charged.

Q: When using the dual port charger set too charge two 20V batteries, does the green light blink on each battery at same time? Only one green light blinks on my dual port charger. Yes I push the TWO Battery button.

A: This is Bock. Did as you suggested in your answer. Only one green light blinks regardless if you push the "one" or "two" button or if you put two batteries in port before or after you turn charger on. Also, will not charge one battery in one hour. I have used this dual charger for months and always could only charge ONE battery (in about two hours). I did call support but got the "push the two battery button" response and try again. I had already worn out the two button trying to get the charger to charge two batteries with BOTH green lite flashing. I have several Worx tools, including the little toy lawn mower that uses two 20V batteries. I also have the charger that came with my 20V line trimmer/edger/mower that I use in conjunctiuon with the "dual" charger. Never took time to call support again for a replacement dual charger. Also have a 40V battery with charger that does not work on any of my 20V tools. The 40V came with another tool I had that went "south" on me. Threw the tool away and kept the battery and charger. Its in the bottom drawer of my tool chest. When the dual charger ceases to charge one battery, I will not replace. Continue to charge my batteries the old fashion way ....... one at at time. Thank You
