Product Details

  • WORX Landroid-M is a fully automated cordless robotic lawn mower that can cut up to a 1/4 acre

  • Wi-Fi & App Controlled - Measure your lawn, update your mowing schedule and more

  • Navigates Narrow Paths - Patented AIA technology allows Landroid to navigate narrow passageways too difficult for ordinary robotic mowers

  • Customized Mowing Schedules - Have Landroid mow every day, every other day, it can even recommend an auto schedule based on your yard’s size and conditions

  • Do It All With The Same Battery - Do it all with WORX Power Share, the only cordless tool platform that uses the same battery to power 20V and 40V tools

  • Tackle Obstacles - If Landroid encounters obstacles it will bump them and back away. Also tackle slopes in your yard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd by 20 of these if I had the land to support them. I now have extra time to do all the other projects that I have to do in the yard.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

The landroid isn't really meant to mow a lawn that hasn't been mowed recently. Instructions even tell you to mow one more time before setting it up and using it. That makes sense, it's intended to maintain your lawn at a consistent level. I did not do that. I set it up and let it run over a few days and it had no problems, even when deliberately using it incorrectly. I've been thrilled by its capabilities over the past several weeks, and will be using zone functionality after having a fence installed in the near future. My only real complaint comes with the cost of additional cable and other accessories, which I will need to properly zone after having a fence installed. Frankly, it'll be needlessly expensive cable, and the cost for a plastic roof over the charger is absurd.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

My Landroid is fantastic. I have it schedule to mow my Cashmere Zoysia grass daily at the lowest mowing height. I could not afford to pay someone to cut my lawn every other day. The Landroid keeps my lawn looking beautifully cut every day.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Can I run the mower without a charging station, but with guide wires on a power supply in my front yard? The charging station would be in the backyard and I would carry the mower to the front yard every time I want to mow the front lawn

    • A: One cannot use an alternate power source. The boundary wire must have a continuous connection to the charging base or have 2 charging bases, one for the front and one for the back. The best solution using one base would be to have the boundary wire in one continuous loop encompassing the whole yard. If you have specific problems with installation, please call our Solution Center and using a diagram form you and /or Google Earth we can make suggestions regarding layout.

Q: How close to the edge will it cut next to a wall or house foundation?

Q: I have a walkway separating two patches of lawn. The lawn is close to flush with the walkway, but there is a small lip, <1". Is it likely the mower will be able to cross the walkway? Can you kerf the walkway to lay in the boundary wire? Thanks!

    • A: Thank you for your question. If the sidewalk is higher than the lawn, the Landroid will have trouble going up and across. Ideally, the sidewalk would have to be at the same level as the lawn. creating a way for the Landroid to gradually go up to the level of the sidewalk could work, but it would have to be a smooth transition.
