Convenient Portable Cleaner

Not as powerful as a plug in or gas powered pressure washer, but for smaller jobs that aren’t in terrible shape it works great and I’m glad I purchased it. Great for cleaning vehicle wheels (even the vehicle (using the empty soda bottle attachment) if a hose isn’t readily available), lawn chairs, lawnmower, etc.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great tool for around the home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this all around the house from washing the siding to doing the cars. It has just enough power to remove dirt from the surface and it doesn't hurt the finish.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: How do you keep the battery charged?

  • A: After every use, remove the battery from the unit and slide it onto the charger unit. You will see a green light flashing as the battery replenishes its charge. When you are ready again to use a compatible Worx tool, remove the battery out of the charger and slide it onto the battery receptor on the tool. Repeat.

Q: psi 300 for 20 V 320 for 40 V even electric ones are over 200 psi not too strong is is?

  • A: It did quite well at cleaning vinyl outside walls, used prescribed Simple Green. Pressure is not always the answer, as I have a 3600psi 6gpm Honda pressure washer and it can blow holes in wooden fencing, but this cleans the wood like new, without damage.

Q: Just got our Hydroshot yesterday and was anxious to try it out this afternoon. Gee, I don't know, it didn't seem to have a strong pressure behind it at all. In fact, my spray nozzle on my hose did a better job. What did I do wrong?

Q: Can you connect your garden hose and use your home water supply?

  • A: You don’t need the adapter they tell you about. Disassemble the filter on the end of the “included Worx hose” as if you’re gonna clean the filter. Your garden hose will now screw right onto the Worx hose, or will screw right onto your outside faucet.

Q: All of a sudden, the siphon funtion stopped. I blew through the tube and water was bubbling in the bucket. Water does not siphon up. The filter is clear. Any suggestions?

  • A: We had the same issue. My husband (an engineer) resolved it. The hose connection (quick connect adaptor into the sprayer) was loose, and leaked in air preventing the pump from priming. thus not allowing enough pressure to the line. The bucket secure clip (black clip) is useless and falls off and them the hose in the bucket sucks air.
