I use this mainly to clean my car and it does the job well. Even connected a foam cannon to it and it produces decent foam.

Great Concept - Does not meet expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottom Line - The product just does not have the pressure to do basic power washing beyond cleaning dirt off something. It was unable to strip a bird dropping or even a leaf that was on hardyplank siding. Simply put, you will see more results if you purchase a fireman’s hose than with this product. Again - great concept, built hardy, but disappointed in the overall performance and returned back to the Worx.
No, I do not recommend this product.

No water resistant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A pressure washer with exposed battery thats not water resistant. How is this a good idea? Everytime I disconnect the hose from the blaster, water runs straight to the battery compartment

Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are used to have a full-size gas powered power washer and it was a pain to get started was much larger took up a lot more room. This is great because it’s very compact easy to use and always works right away and there’s almost as powerful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] defective battery ,waiting on return label to be emailed and another unit shipped , waited over a week for defective unit to arrive and was offered expedited shipped on replacement unit at an additional cost ,which i will not pay for .. has not been a good experience so far.

Q: Why was the wg649 discontinued? It has twice the rating almost of any other hydroshot worx sells and would have been nice to get.

A: Because it's trash. Used it about 15 times and then the pump stopped working. Only an electric buzz sound. Called them nearly every day for 2 years until the warranty expired and they were always on break or in a meeting according to the phone bot. I doubt they even have a customer service. No email to reach. Nothing. Screw this company

Q: Will there be a new replacement model for the wg469? The other 450psi models are a bit weak and it'd be great if I could get a hydroshot with 725psi+ in the future.

A: Hello Valued Customer! Thank you for your question! We do have a model that is comparable in PSI to the WG649! It is a Lowe's Exclusive, but it has a max PSI of 800! Q: Why I am reading that this hydroshot puts out 725psi when it says it does over 900psi? I am confuse. How do you get the max out of the device?

A: Hello Valued Customer. Thank you for your question. No, this Hydroshot does not have an IP rating, please refer to the owner's manual for technical specifications. The outside of the battery is okay to get wet, however, if the channels in the battery have or get water inside this can cause issue with the battery. Q: My hydroshot ultra motor ia not working , it just makes a sound for 1 sec and it does not more, the indicator of the battery says it is over load, can You help me ?

A: Thank you for your question. At the first use, you need to empty the air in the hose, place the power nozzle below waist level<5ft/1.5m), then attach the pressure cleaning lance and set it at high pressure. It does not start working until the water goes up along the hose and sprays out. This could take up to 30 seconds or more depending on the freshwater source. In addition, be sure to fully charge your batteries. Before starting or after use, press the button beside the power indicator light on the machine to check the battery capacity. During operation, the battery capacity will be indicated automatically by the battery power indicator. The indicator constantly senses and displays the battery condition as follows. For a machine with 2 battery packs with different power levels, the power indicator light displays the battery condition with the lower power level of the two batteries.
