Little wind just snapped the frame. Barely missing someone sitting underneath it. Product used 4-5 times. Complete garbage!!!!

A: I am also a senior & although it was a bit tricky , I was able to put this up completely by myself in a relatively short period of time! I am also partly disabled with arthritis & was able to do it! Love this product but after 3 seasons I am in need of a replacement top!

A: Not really. You could bring the legs in a bit (couple inches) but size is the size!

Q: I realize that the height can be lowered, does that mean the legs need to be moved a foot towards the middle of the gazebo also?

A: As long as it didnt break. The same way you took it out. Just follow the steps backwards. They were attached to the case.

Q: Are replacement roof and side panels available?

A: I've tried calling the number and emailing. During my initial contact, they said that replacement toppers were technically available, but they didn't have any stock (this was just before covid lockdown). Shipping costs to Canada were going to be triple the cost of the replacement topper. I have emailed them back annually since, asking about availability. They have ceased to answer my inquiries... my last attempt via email was June 2024 and received no answer.

A: So far after two weeks in the sun and 40mm of heavy rain over two days, yes. But I assume prolonged exposure to sun and weather would wear it down.
