Use it regularly

I friggen love this griddle. We’ve been using it regularly for about two months now, and it lives right on our stovetop, covering two burners full-time. Before using it, I read up on reviews and took the time to season it three times. Totally worth it, bc it still perfectly nonstick and super easy to keep clean.
My only small thing is the width. It covers both burners completely but doesn’t extend over the steel edges, so I wish it were just an inch or two wider. Otherwise, it’s been fantastic.

This flat top is definitely worth buying. It cleans up like a breeze and we can store it in zippered bag easily. It fits across our Coleman camp stove and doesn't take long to heat up. Definitely would recommend.

A: The griddle is a 2 sided reversible product. The smooth side is great for making grilled cheese sandwiches, as well as eggs and pancakes. The ribbed side is perfect for grilling foods such as steak, fish, chicken and hamburgers.

Q: How to properly clean and maintain this product? I found so many different sources how to clean cast iron but I'm still confused. Water? Soap? Please advise. I love this product and want to give it proper cleaning and maintenance.

A: • After use, you can gently wash with warm and a sponge or soft brush, and fully dry. Soap will remove the layers of seasoning and should be avoided. You may want to store with a paper towel on the top surface to absorb any moisture. • To prevent rust, the product surface is coated with vegetable oil. Please use the food detergent to clean it before use. Add a little cooking oil and heat it with soft fire for about 5 minutes. • If the product surface is found rusted, do not worry. Firstly, pour appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it for 2 minutes. Then, light wet a clean cloth gently with some warm oil to wipe rusty place, and then heated. Finally, remove the rust with soft brush or steel wool after heating.

Q: What is the max heat this product can handle? RE: (#085-3278-0) question was asked about using it on a gas stove. Answer: "Although this griddle can withstand heat up to 250 degree, it’s not recommend to use over direct flame (gas stove)".

A: The Vegetable oil coating can be heated to a maximum of 350℃, and the cast iron material can be heated to a maximum of 1000℃.
