Stopped working after a few uses

As I’ve seen posted in some other reviews, your mileage may vary whether this hose works consistently with your stove. It worked fine for a few uses with my Coleman triton stove, but then would no longer provide any pressure to the stove. I think there may be an issue with the spring pin inside the connector which, over time, loses tension and isn’t able to depress fully to allow the flow of propane. It’s the only thing I can think of that would explain it working for a few times before stopping.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This hose was terrible it was partially plugged or at least not letting enough propane through as appliance would not get hot enough so tried another brand hose and it worked great

A: I used it on a BBQ that used the 1lb propane bottles. It works fine except it was longer than I needed but it does give the option of having the tank a bit further away if you wanted.

A: Yes, always. Gas is dirty. Tank refills are dirty. Most hoses are not High Pressure gas hoses. If your source, like a 20lb tank, does not have a Regulator on it, then you are receiving High pressure gas. High pressure strips oils from Low pressure hoses, and fouls the system(s). All Buddy heaters have a built-in Regulator, but gas supply may not. Performance issues have also been reported using two Regulators with these Heaters. Best to spend extra on High Pressure hose with Filter off larger tanks. Filter not necessary for 1lb bottles, as manufacturing controls ensure purity.

Q: Will this work on a Mr. Heater Little Buddy Portable Heater? Other than being polymer material vs rubber, it appears that it should connect ok. Please advise. Thx

A: Yes, you can use this hose to connect a Little Buddy heater to a BBQ sized propane tank (or any other large sized propane tank).
