Mine did not work

Liked the concept of this product. Bought it for a recent camping trip. Tried it out at home. Did not fully charge after being plugged in for 6 hours. Was slow to recharge phone. Ran out of juice after 1 phone. Unable to recharge. Took it back to the store and they were good enough to give me a refund d.
