Only wore them twice

They were bought as a present the first time I used them I was wearing Jeans the top of the boots rubbed such that I had open sores on my legs. The second time was this week I was wearing shorts by the time I got home there was an indented welt on both legs that in two or three spots rubbed the skin to an open wound where the top of the boots were. The problem is the weld between the liner and the boot shell it is prominent photo attached.

I have purchased several pairs of these boots and find they all have premature failure at the achilles heal. I will not buy another pair of these Genfoot boots

J'ai acheté cet article le 13 juin 2015 chez Canadian Tire et je ne l'ai pas porté pendant les mois d'hiver. Je n'en fais qu'une utilisation occasionnelle (les week-ends). Le talon droit a ouvert au-dessus de la semelle sur plusieurs pouces. Je le retourne au magasin demain, question de savoir s'il est possible de l'échanger. Ce produit est d'une qualité inférieure à ce que le magasin offre.
