Unacceptable packaging - was a returned item

ordering and pickup easy although the box was wide open and everything unwrapped and hanging out...it was obvious it was returned already...could have taken the time to repackage properly so it didnt look used...it is a xmas gift, i tried it briefly and it works so i have no idea why it was returned but know for sure it was

Not powerful enough to blow up an air mattress, it gets about 3/4 full and then this air pump can’t pump it anymore

Not that impressed

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars. This one was very useful, a bit expensive for what it is. It works well when you are inflating, but if you want to deflate something, the design of the air pump doesn't make it any easier. If you look at the pump, even the design gives you that hint. Deflating is not easy, shape and position are ackward. We like the Woods brand, but this air pump feels cheap.

A: Not strong enough to achieve the required air pressure, but a good start to fill the board with air. We use it for our 2 inflatable canoes. Using the hand pump afterward to achieve the required pressure. Saves time. A great tool to deflate, and remove the air after usage.
