Q: Is this pan chemical free? It has a non-sticking coating, is it free from PFOA, PTFE, and Lead?

Q: Product as purchased states 10-year warranty not lifetime. Why is this? Appears that actual product does not match photo on website.
11 years agoA: Canadian Tire offers a 1 year exchange in store but Wilton offers a 10 year warranty on this product. In this instance, our website is not up to date and still reflects an older model and we apologize for the confusion. We are working on updating this now.

Q: Why are my muffins sticking? I was very happy with my Wilton 12 cup muffin tins for the first month. Last week, my muffins started sticking very badly. Wilton tins have a perfect reviews on your site. Do you have any suggestions why I am having a problem?
12 years agoA: All non-stick bakeware should be sprayed with a non-stick spray coating prior to using to ensure easy release every time.
