Sold me the display model.

Ordered on-line for pickup and they sold me the display model with two screwed plastic plugs in it. No customer service or support whatsoever when I arrived to get the paid item. Obviously I took the refund. A waste of time.

I recently bought the Wilton baking sheets. I bought 4 of them when they were on sale. I use all sizes.I have been using them for years. They are perfect. I did write a review for the small one that I bought at the same time. I can't be without them.

Q: What is the Non-Stick Coating of this Cookie Sheet Tray? Is it TEFLON or Ceramic Enamel or Anodizing Coating or What? Is the Coating Healthy at Hight Temperatures?

A: Wilton products are thoroughly tested and verified to meet applicable laws and regulations (including food contact requirements). This item is formulated with FDA compliant materials and is safe for use as intended and labeled per the product packaging up to 450° F/232° C. Additionally, the coating is silicone-based and is not formulated to contain PTFE (which is also known as the Dupont registered brand name Teflon).
