These are great pans. Too bad they are discontinued in my local store. The carrier was funny as my pans got well travelled. From gravenhurst to toronto to montreal to toronto then to north bay.

Q: does the length measurement include the handles? Is 17 1/4" length from the outside edge to outside edge of the handles or is that the length of the tray part only? If it is only the tray, what is the length including the handles?
