Not bouncy

I pumped up the ball till it feels like a properly inflated ball. However, when I dribble the ball, the ball just won't bounce up. I like the colour of this basketball, but I'm so disappointed by it. :(

Won’t hold air. I had this ball filled at the store and a couple days later it had lost a lot of air. It hasn’t been used as it was purchased as a Christmas gift.
