Came partially deflated, pls inflate completely!

Looked forward to this ball in particular going on sale, but it came partially deflated. Called ctc customer service, could never get through always on hold and due to COVID restrictions can.t return or exchange at the store. Will get a pump and hope that works. Pls make sure all balls are properly inflated. Bought balls before instore and prefer it that way, inorder to check them and avoid issues like this.

good overall - size, weight and durability

Well to start with - it's a ball, round and colourful.
It's a good size for kids and in my case 1 child and 1 large dog who likes to chase it around. It's think enough to be durable and the dog can't destroy it in the first 15 minutes of playing. Can be filled to make it really bouncy or it can be a little softer and easier to grip for the dog - I prefer it filled up and bouncy. Better for the daughter to kick it around. Even though it's a basketball, it gets used as a kicker and chaser for the dog. Got it on sale so it was a good deal.
If you want a basketball for a youth - this is a good choice (if available as I believe it may be discontinued in some stores or areas) due to it's size and durability. It's colourful and the right size for kids to use as they hone their skills on the courts.
